Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• MBA (HR) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

• Minimum 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in HR management within reputable organizations, with experience in health-related organizations preferred.

Skills:

• Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Training, Health Administration

Reserved quotas:

• 5% for disabled candidates (valid disability certificates required).
• 10% for female candidates.
• 5% for minorities.
