Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Science/Arts subjects (M.Ed/B.Ed/EdPM preferred).
- Minimum 12-15 years of teaching/administration experience.
- Candidates with experience as a Principal/Head of an institute are desirable.
Other Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Public Relations.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of IT and ERP/Student Management Systems (SMS).
